I boiled some pork bones for the stock, and added some hondashi and onions sauce and other seasonings. I think what really made it taste decent was the sesame oil. Holy shit i love sesame oil. I just baked the pork with onions sauce. Nothing special. It looks really ratchet, but i think it was pretty decent
