THAT is who determines if one is Christian or not. The teachings, doctrines, and traditions of the RCC and the Orthodox Church are CONTRARY to what the Bible teaches.
In fact, both the RCC and the Orthodox church admit they don't use the Bible at all. They use their own "sacred traditions." Aka, their own teachings used to REPLACE the Bible.
So according to the Bible, the Anglican Church, Catholic Church, Evangelicals, and American Protestants are not Christians.
