As for the rash, I thought it might have been from an allergic reaction, as well. Or...maybe we roamed the same swamp looking for answers while dreaming, catching something? Who knows? lol
The cream did help, though. And, some soak and scrubs in hot baths with a bit of almond oil and epsom salt. It's been tamer since.
Maybe an aspirin will help ease the inflammation?
I usually let it dissolve under my tongue so it hits the brain rather quickly.
I hope yours clears soon. Maybe look up detox herbs, then make a tea from what you have on hand. I add holy basil, as it's a blood purifier.
