I still don‘t feel that great. I slept too little and poorly but i decided to not let it get to me.
I already did the dishes and now i‘m eating tuna cucumber salad for breakfast and have coconut water with it. I hope that will give me a bit of an energy boost.
I‘ll start off with trying to not overwhelm myself so i‘ll lower the expectations for today. My plan so far is to get a shower and then maybe go for a walk.
