You started by saying that the Qur'an was full of retardation yet still cannot prove that.
Also you cannot prove that anything in hadith are the literal words of the prophet and even if they were it's still irrelevant to the fact that we are discussing the fact that you cannot refute the Qur'an.

1) Man is created from all those elements and those elements are created from other elements which are originally created from nothing. A house is made out of bricks and a house is also made out of clay since bricks are made out of clay.

2) It says there is no compulsion in religion the nit brings up verses that either refer to punishment in the hereafter, refer to killing those disbelivers who were attacking the Muslims and broke their treaties with the exeception of those who repented, and finally a verse about subduing disbelievers and making them pay the Jizya. The fact that they are allowed to pay Jizya instead of practising Islam and paying charity is further proof that there is no compulsion in religion. Again, no contradiction.
3) Abraham was the first Muslim. The rest of the prophets were the first Muslims amongst their people.
No contradiction.
4) According to the Qur'an God does not forgive those who worship other Gods if they die on that state but forgives those who repent before they die.

5) God does not change his decrees but sometimes reveals them in stages.
