The boob plate should be rounded to allow ample room, extend from the bottom of the ribcage to the to base of the chin (women don't have adams apples), and not interfere with a rifle stock held to the shoulder.

A woman's lower core and uppor body strength comes with the bonuses of being more flexible at the waste, lighter in general, and narrower at the shoulders. Woman on the inside but man on the outside eliminates all of the positives to the female form without overcoming any of the negatives.
