The only reasonable and non-exploitative way of determining property is personal property rather than private property- in other words, you own shit you actually use but you can't just say you own something you never use just so you can force others to meet your conditions in order to use it such as rent-seeking or wage slavery. Its also hilarious that your image claims that "people would be free to form a monarchy" when by definition nobody living under such a system would have any say in the matter besides the monarch themselves.
