Ever since, the cities limped along hoping an uprising like Baltimore's would pass them by. They hoped beyond hope that no drug-addled criminal nigger would wind up getting themselves killed by police. There were many deaths, like Eric Garner (pre-Baltimore), or Philando Castile or other dumb criminal niggers, but the Baltimore-level uprisings never quite materialized.
