If it spreads how it spreads the hospitals WILL get overwhelmed, you'll have a ton of cases at once and it'll blow up from there. It doesn't matter where you live or if you're prepared, there's just not enough trained personnel, room and supplies for it. Bear in mind there's still a lot of sick people using already using those resources. You're not treating nCoV only.
