I made a post about this on /x/ a while ago. "Nothing ever happens" is by design. Happenings are organic release valves for psychic energy that lead to natural changes in the collective and more broadly in the organic world. Natural happenings are nature's way of changing us. Now, the system is so fragile that any happening no matter what subject or situation, when amplified to enough intensity, will cause systemic change and be a catalyst for psychic relief. The way that this system remains propped up is to tightly control and appropriate any happening. Twitter is a particularly useful tool at co-opting any organic happenings, but on the natural level its why government owns so much land, its why news stories down to local news has to comply to official narrative. Organic narrative is highly dangerous to this control structure right now. Its why "schizo" has replaced "conspiracy theorist".
The only way to fix this is to become pro-happening. Start art movements, do something risky, encourage intensity, get into arguments, and don't let the person run or hide when things get heated. Start an organic happening by diving into your faith or organizing parties. Anything, except for mediocrity and supporting the status quo. Do something.
