there were huge migrations of peoples and wars and mass starvations that took place after the fall of these coastal cities and civilizations. doubt they all had amazing technology but I would not doubt a few of them did. its important to keep in mind that we were still fighting with muskets and cannons and sailing the seas on wind powers ships 180 years ago. who is to say some high culture did not form briefly back during the ice age
