Then look at how physically laborious or energy intensive each job is. Is the man making 200k @ 100 hours per week while the woman is making 30k at 15 hours per week?
Then look at time commitment and split tasks accordingly.
In general man should be primary earner to pay for shelter/food/clothing/education, take out the trash, safety/security, fix/make/build stuff, fund home improvement and maintenance, cut the grass.
Woman should cook, clean, do laundry and grocery shop/meal prep, trip plan, plan social life. Woman's salary goes into savings, nonessentials or discretionary.
Split accordingly
