>>16877238In principle, I agree that the majority of camgirls are no different than actresses. They are, in fact, actresses.
HOWEVER..
The cultural shift that's come as a result of social media and pornography being so readily available as to literally be in the pocket of every man, woman, and child has corrupted our nations beyond repair.
The real problem isn't that camgirls have become normalized, but that SIMPING has. Is it better than prostitution? In many ways, yes. There is virtually (NPI) no danger to the model, and it isn't illegal. On the other hand, it is creating an entire generation of young men who choose to pay a camgirl for videos instead of getting out and meeting real women for real sex, and by proxy, real social interactions. This pattern is changing—and arguably degrading—both men and women into this new and very different breed of people who no longer behave like humans.
When I was a kid and getting into sex (admittedly too young), there was only crappy porn on DVD or 56kbps internet and magazines. Eventually, you want the real thing, so you go and get it. You find some chick you like, you socialize (very important) and convince her to live out your sexual fantasies, and hers, together. By having genuine sexual relations—both long-term and short—with real women, eye to eye, we built a society where people socialize as an integral part of sexual behavior.
All of that has been erased by the advent and prolific nature of the camgirl.
Now young men don't pursue sex like they used to because they can have their fantasies play out in 4K at any moment they wish. The "system" has been hacked. It's not going to end well.
