more likely to need your kit for a 3-14 day emergency rather than a TEOTWAWKI, most of the time you are going to be sitting around bored. you are going to regret not having some kinos to pass the time
last major power outage here this was the only thing I wish I had more of, it was fucking boring. now I have a couple of early seasons of COPS saved on my phone, and a couple of external HDDs with USB-C adapters so I can copy whatever movies/shows across and watch them easily, also you can let neighbors/friends copy your kinos which can establish goodwill or trade and costs you literally nothing. when people are bored and stressed and have no entertainment, being able to take care of that can go a long way.
