I'm telling you all right now that before you start taking pills to first start an elimination diet. Keep it simple, like catfish and broccoli once a day for like 5 days, and then add one ingredient at a time....no processed shit; whole foods only, and then once you've got a fairly well balanced plate of food you can eat that twice a day within an 8 hour window and then fast for 16.
See if that works first before you start taking pills.
