There's no real distinction between "l" and "r" sounds in Japanese, so either spelling should be equally valid.
The word "ラムネ" (ra-mu-ne) originally comes from the English word "lemonade", so you could argue that spelling "lamune" with an "l" is slightly closer to the original word, since the Japanese r/l sound isn't exactly the same as either the English "r" or the English "l".
