I finished couch to 5k a few months back, but I've barely done any runs since then, I find myself instead using the good weather to hike with weights aka rucking/yomping/tabbing. I'm not very far off being able to pass the British army annual fitness test, which is 25kg/55lbs 2 hours march at 4mph. That's a good standard, right? Say le based frogs launched a coup, I'd be alright to pitch in?
