It's in debt up to its eyeballs (4x more debt than market cap) and diluting is the only way to pay the bills, employees' salaries, and more importantly executive bonuses. Lo and behold it pumped over 100% this morning and has already given back almost -40% of the gains. The pump was a scam. Just some random news they put out to get some volume they could dilute into.
