If it's learning, see what are good books/periodicals to read, and do 30 minutes to an hour each day, depending on what you can manage. Don't just read, but also write down your thoughts as you go.
If it's more practical stuff, see if there's any exercises recommended for beginners, and follow whatever plan you can find.
And do fucking overdo it: it can't be stated enough how many times people just go all out during the first few sessions and then give up because it's "too hard". Consistency is always more important
