I’ve done it.
I’ve made it to another world.
But not without cost. During the jump, My Multiversal Traversal Machine (MTM) suffered from an overheating issue which damaged the internal flight systems. And that’s not all… the MTM’s lock on the vibrational frequency of the world I was meant to arrive on was compromised, resulting in the use of an incorrect frequency, one for another world.
When my scanners first detected the world I was meant to arrive on, I was able to very briefly use their vibrational frequency to access their world’s networks. In those brief seconds I didn’t learn much, but what I did discover, is that their world’s equivalent of Pasta City is a place called Spaghetti Town.
But on this world there is no Pasta City, and no Spaghetti Town. In its place is a desert. And that’s bad news for me because my food supplies were ruined when the MTM overheated, and I was forced to use most of my water as a makeshift coolant to prevent further damage that would have left me permanently marooned on this hellscape.
As I recovered from the minor injuries sustained during my trip here, I sent my drones out in all directions in search of water, and civilisation, where I will hopefully find the supplies needed to repair my MTM. The data I’ve received indicates I must head west. The journey will take around three days. These three days will determine whether I live, or whether I perish and the Titcow Eternal Extermination Taskforce’s mission dies with me.
