There are a whole bunch of international channels uplinked free to air on the Intelsat 21 satellite @ orbital position 58 degrees west. This feed has been available for many years. They want you to be able to view it. Here's the parameters:

Everybody used to know what C band satellite transmissions were. A few elite people who still own large satellite dishes (such as yours truly) still do. I swear people have gotten so much stupider since the 1980's. In the 1980's, many people knew what C-band was.
What's next, is this guy going to start uploading NHK World recordings to YouTube and then start bragging about how he "hacked super secret Japan TV!!" ? Even though NHK advertises how to tune in directly to their C-band broadcast on their very own website:
