Capybara meat is not common here, you gotta search for some luxury/exotic meat BBQ houses or buy them in some exotic meat butcher shop, although they say it's a hard meat to cook, it takes too much time hence why it is not common for the consumption. I personally never ate capybara meat, but some people say that it has a similar taste to pork meat.
