1. Hiring immigrants - I can hire them cheaper on the dollar and save lots more money
2. No benefits - immigrants just want cash under the table. So again, saved money
3. Older crew calls out too much - they are always requesting for time off, sick days, vacation days, or family time. We cannot grow as a company with this mindset.
I have only been working for my dad for the past 3 months, so I'm obviously still new to this whole field. But, these changes seem to be completely obvious to me...so I'm not sure why hes not done it yet?
There is obviously the whole ethics debate. How can I get rid of my most loyal workforce? Because - in order to compete, I have to do what's right for me and my family.
