Russian strategy has been to create rifts in NATO between the US and Europe by buying politicians with oil and gas money, financing campaigns of cultural subversion, and building the largest conventional and nuclear arsenal the world has ever seen in the underground cities of Chelyabinsk, Kosvinsky and Yamantau, where US satellites cannot penetrate.
The Secret Soviet Politburo operates from the underground bunker in Yamantau Mountain, Putin is just their puppet.
