>>20239652>be me 25still very young, lots of options going forward
>work as a mechanic like did recommended I domaybe a bit of a dead end type job but as long as it pays and you don't despise it from the bottom of your heart it's better than no job
>work at same shop for seven years making 16 dollars starting and now I make 21 and I actually feel pooreryou need to learn to save and invest your money, it's the only way to maintain wealth and get richer if you don't have a business or high paying job. Otherwise inflation fucks you in the ass.
>no friends or girlfriend other than work associates if you count thatthat's not good, a first step could be getting to know a friend from work if he's about the same age as you and not an ass. Best case scenario would be getting to know more people through that person. Another way to get friends is to pick up a hobby where you get to meet and interact with other people, preferably physical in nature but not necessarily competitive. Dance, martial arts, sports are easy ones to pick up and they're healthy too. Just gotta communicate once you're there with the others and remain proactive and curious
>still live with parentsgreat way to accumulate savings since it's presumably very cheap for you
>mom mocks me for still living with her and dad consistently tells me to man up work more and quit being a loser when I work 10 daysthey want to see you succeed or at least strive for something. Not necessarily only in work life.
>my only joy in life if you can call it that is anime where I can feel like I have friends and video games where I feel I can accomplish somethingthose are great entertainment but entertainment is a hollow pleasure when consumed in excess. It's no substitute for accomplishment
>my coworker one time tried to set me up with a admittedly hot single mother unironically and blatantly told me that’s the best I could hope for at 25 and I should have settled down at 21 like he did he is 35 I thinkhe's a prick.
