People suffer Jesus helped people he made the blind see and the lame walk. Your grandma is not GOD's only Son, people have suffered before and after Jesus was born into this world and all you have to do to ensure eternal salvation is to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, to believe he died for your sins. If you do that when you leave this world you will live without suffering for all eternity at the side of Jesus.
