Half a year ago I was starving myself, trying different diets but ticking to none. Ended up in a hospital twice with pneumonia as I was so fucking week. I kept getting reinfected.
Then I decided to finally do something about it. went to a dietician, got myself a proper diet. For half a year I haven't eaten as much as a single piece of candy or anything not in the diet. Also, I started going to the gym, I watched a bunch of athleanX and similarly, I went in serious, full body workout 3 times a week, never skipping a day, always doing reps to failure, giving it all I had.
Pic related is a bit over half a year of me doing so. Haven't been sick once. Also, which was most surprising, girls actually started hitting on me. As in, coming to me on the dancefloor and initiating dancing and all. That was the most bizzare change I feel, never expected such a big difference.
Never felt better, never had more energy, I cannot recommend diet + excercise enough to anyone. You all owe it to yourself.
