Also remember, you will not accept any settlement that does not include the termination of the superintendent & of the staff involved in your harassment.
Your parents pay taxes to the school district, it is required of them to allow you access to the services and supplies purchased with that tax money, and they are NOT your guardians, they have no say at all as to any activities you might engage in beyond your school attendance, and they certainly have no authority over your opinions or personal thoughts.
YOU DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, YOU ARE NOT THEIR EMPLOYEE.
Remember, again...any settlement that does not include the termination of all staff involved should not be accepted. If they refuse, take the issue to court, and continue to appeal until you win.
