Hello I’m 19, yesterday at 9pm I came back home from work, All agitated. I hate life, I feel empty and I’m filled with rage/hatred, I hate my life. So when I came back home I started yelling at my wife for not answering her texts, as she’s holding my food, she starts crying and her body starts trembling, our 1 year old son is crying in the background at this point. I was so mad that I threw the plate on the floor and yelled at her for a good 40 minutes as she sobbed. I don’t know what to do about this.
