The other one is someone trying to inflict their own made up language on everyone because it has some similarities to random dialects, which is silly since language changes constantly and naturally and when you already have such a sea of dialect variations things change and develop even on a yearly basis almost.
It's a failed project and they should just scrap it. If they want to preserve norwegian heritage through a language they should just go all the way back to norse or something. At least then it has the practical application of making icelandic more legible to the average norwegian.
