I'm no fighter, but from being in that club for a year now, I have trouble watching TV, you realize how silly almost all fight scenes are (and though we all "know" that TV is fake, we still accept it and video games as real in some way).
But then you watch real life youtube fight footage, and its the same, wild slow sloppy attacks.
Even watching one Tyson fight, I saw the guy was gonna get lit up before Tyson fired, because I had now had some training in attack lines and defense and such.
I never would have even seen it before training.
I'm no tough guy, but me from a couple years ago vs me now, old me is getting hurt, I'm just faster and directed now.
As mentioned a few times in the thread, ANY training is better than pretending you know because you watched a movie.
Even the Muk Jong, hit it VERY LIGHTLY for an hour, and watch the yellow bruises build up on your arms.
