Don't bother with facts or reason, just go straight to these fallacies.
The ad hominem fallacy. Always attack a critic's of Israel character and call them a "Jew hater".
the false dichotomy. If people are not unconditionally supporting Israel are supporting Jihad terrorism.
The Slippery slope. If Israel ended it's half century long occupation of the West Bank, it would be destroyed, and when Israel falls the entire world will be taken over by sharia law.
The Red Herring. Whenever you encounter criticism of Israel bring up something else happening somewhere else and demand to know they are not doing something about that
