i guess it was good to learn my blood can be used (not tainted), my iron levels are not low and are nearing the higher normal range so abundant O2 to cells and the idea that making new RBC to replace what you give benefits you .. they also say if you have excess Iron or Cholesterol you can normalize by donating.
