Ok so I was dreaming as usual and some point in the dream I saw my fucking scalp was removed like a removable hat from my head. Like pic related the black line went all around my head and the skin above the black line came off and I could see my brain bleeding. It was surprisingly painful and I had to stitch my skin back to my face somehow. The front two teeth from my mouth were completely missing. I was actually scared shitless. I even thought i was dreaming so i tried to wake up but i ended up waking INSIDE the dream (inception moment). After that I lost all hope and thought it was OVER for me but I woke up to some noise.
I got a small black spot under my eye and bloody lips IRL from the guy in my boxing gym that goes full tard mode in sparring so thats why it probably happened. Nevertheless I was scared shitless. I have lucid dreamed a few times before but it ends in sleep paralysis because im scared aha. Anyway how do your nightmares go?
