I hate that I can’t go to protests

I feel so guilty and embarrassed that I can’t protest for a cause I believe in. I guess it was a bit farfetched to believe I could go to a protest without bringing my headphones, but I didn’t want them to get damaged. I’m on the train back now and I feel so drained.
