>>19070799oh i see, no i just worded that part poorly, i never starved myself before that, by "again" i just meant like i did recently. it was just a one-time thing cause i got really mad, no eating disorder, i'm actually especially conscious about avoiding caloric deficits because since june i've gotten back into the habit of working out and i need a caloric surplus to build muscle, its really cool to see how much stronger you get after sticking with it which makes it even easier to continue to stick with it since you have tangible visceral proof of how much you've improved and you can extrapolate from there to see the trajectory of where you can go
