>>21864843I've come to the conclusion that there are people out there in the world that just don't understand the concept of "having fun" or "letting their hair down". They don't have much or any of a sense of humor and would rather have this serious diminished outlook on life. They don't know how to let loose and just enjoy things 'in the moment' or have a good time. They'd rather live a straight, narrow sober life with no aspect of their lives that accounts for just relaxing and not worrying about the serious stuff in life. That's where weed and alcohol come into play. They're mind altering substances that allow you to just let go and not worry about the bullshit in life.
Sober minded people disparage and look down on others who prefer to have a drink every now and than, maybe a joint. We only live once. Why live a boring rigid life that doesn't include any of that?
I'm not saying you have to be a junkie but just why can't people just go to a bar every now and than and have a good time? I've never understood that.
