LED bulb manufacturers purposefully run the LED filaments way above their rated power and with zero heatsink in order to fry them as fast as possible.
The only LED bulbs that aren't designed to grenade themselves are in Dubai because they were mandated by Dubai's crown prince.
They are impossible to get outside of the UAE because the manufacturers don't want you to own a bulb that doesn't break.
