I’m unironically done - it’s not fun or exciting anymore…. Why bother DCAing into some jewish pocket when you can buy the only thing that cannot grow and renting it. Land here gives similar if not better results than murfag main indices and that’s just for renting it to farmers - average price of a poorly built cottage in my shitty little town went up 115% and with ((cheap)) construction materials and ((shady)) selling practices you can double that amount
