Our whole emotional and biological development is predicated on caring for and protecting our young. That's the main thing that separates mammals from other types of animals. It's why we think things are cute in the first place, because it's an evolutionary advantage to emotionally care for things that can't care for themselves
So it's not exactly surprising that it would spark such a guttural reaction of disgust when you talk about violating kids
Because well
It's disgusting. Literally it's emotionally built into us to find that disgusting. If you don't want to be called disgusting then don't share your horrible disgusting things with other people
