The reason why female autists aren't different from normal women is because they simply aren't a varied gender. Most women across the board talk, act, and think the same way as each other. There are evolutionary reasons behind this, but more importantly we have some genetic and mostly psychological basis for this idea, known as the Variability Hypothesis.
I think that women regardless of mental disorder are going to be basic NPCs and pretty much the same as each other. So even an autistic women will have basic women interests, whereas autistic men will actually be distinct from normal men. Hell, even normal men are distinct from each other.
