Guys I'm so fucking burnt out. I've been living on NEETbucks since I lost my job back in July and can't find any work. Despite talking to people every day I never have any real interactions with people, I haven't felt a genuine sense of connection since splitting with my ex back in March. It's been a fucking hard year, and I just want to feel like I have some semblance of control. What are some good strategies for getting back on the horse in spite of bad circumstances? I hate what I've become but I can't find the energy or motivation to fix myself.
