Really I just want to future-proof myself as much as feasibly possible. I still have a fondness for console gaming despite having a rig. I'm getting a surprising amount of use out of my XB1 since I came back to Ireland even though I only have a handful of games for it. If I bought the PS4 it would be my tertiary gaming device, so I want to buy something that will be serviceable as long as possible.
