When I’m on my lunch break at work, I go to the store’s only public restroom (it’s a one person restroom with locking door) and I sit on the toilet playing games on my phone the entire time. Nobody else can use it during that period. I make sure I play the game sounds loudly so people can hear it if they’re outside the door and have to use the restroom. If they knock I just cough so they know someone is in there. If they’re still there when my break is over I say, “don’t worry it doesn’t smell, I didn’t have to go. I kept the seat warm for you though!”
I could use the employee restroom but it’s all the way upstairs and can accommodate 3 at a time so it’s not as comfortable.
