In 2D is not bad generally, but IRL stuff just isn't palatable.
Tip: Sexual arousal of any kind is ultimately driven by dopamine. Find a channel for that drive in a hobby or work. You can "jump tracks" if you will, turning sex drive into general motivation. Learn some meditation techs and how to empty the mind, then restart your mind onto a none sexual activity. Looking at unkempt snatches can also work.
