She wore all black before in the house and it worked because she had her hair to frame her face. I don't think Tay herself realizes how much her hair matters to complete the punk look.
She DOES look better in earth tones like browns and blouses, this is undeniable though, but she is just chilling and dressing for comfort for the most part.
