Often they are more intelligent than other children in their group, and get bored at standard school curriculum. There is a case of a "too small blanket", and such child's emotional growth is not up to par with its intellectual growth. It's an easy way to get various antisocial disorders, high neuroticism.
Intelligent people get depressed when they are smart enough to see the Big Picture, yet are powerless to make it better.
