S.3 overall was extremely rushed and had practically no substantial character development for any of the Rozens. It was only possible to sympathize with the other 6 Maidens in S. 3 because S.1 & S. 2 put so much emphasis in small and meaningful character details / development. Really, If I hadn't watched S1 & S2 (+ all the other stuff) prior to S3, I'd have no idea what the hell is going on plot-wise, either.
Plus, Kira was way too sexualized. I mean, this scene was great; but it doesn't belong in Rozen Maiden.
