>>18966736Kanako glanced around as Cassie pointed out her various employees. While she did have a gun strapped to her right ankle, she had no intention of using it. Clearly Cassie was underestimating her capabilities. She was irritated, most criminals would happily take the offer according to her prior experiences. As Cassie laid out her counter offer though, Kanako realized she'd also underestimated Cassie. She let something slip though.
"Dr. Kemp?" Prophet asked outloud, typing a note into a document on her computer. Prophet stopped typing though as she realized Cassie had been speaking to her directly. "She's smart...take the deal Raven." Prophet quickly started typing again.
Kanako clenched her fist tight, quietly seething. While maybe she wasn't the best at keeping suspicions around her, this was the first time she'd really "failed" a mission. She glared at Cassie, tempted to make a bad mistake.
"Raven! Take the deal! It will work for now."
>...Fine. There's a small warehouse in Switzerland we'll need it shipped to.Kanako tapped her ear twice. She wasn't sure what language she should use, there was a likely chance Cassie knew some of the ones she did. Kanako turned her face away from Cassie.
>Sarò io quello che passerà i soldi? Non voglio davvero parlare con questa feccia più del necessario."No. We can figure out a way to wire the money."
Kanako looked back at Cassie.
>We'll sort out the details later. I'll be going now.Kanako glared at Cassie again, taking a step away before stopping.
>Oh. I hope this goes without saying, but if you bring up anything about me to the WWA this entire thing goes up in smoke. You may have the upper hand now, but don't give me the excuse to change that. Kanako said, before continuing to leave.
