You have to find the real and original reason you can't control your anxiousness. Most of times, it's related to traumas with other persons. You lost someone you realy loved, your parents are divorcing, you can't pay private college education, you're ugly, your ex (or actual) girlfriend is cheating on you. Etc. Etc.
All this situation doesnt started as a phisical one, but a subjetic one, in your mind. Because your reaction to some other event.
Your actual weakness is leading you to react with anxiousness, instead to confront and solve your problems.
I would recommend you to start working out (exercicing) to get healtier and confident.
Clean yourself, shave, get a nie haircut, and forget about all your exfriends and people whom have dissapointed you before.
Start a new you, a stronger one, a confident one, a georgeous one, a viril one.
